ANYTHING GOES ATHLETICS’ COMPETE. SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING IS A PRINCIPLE-BASED TRAINING PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGIATE ATHLETES.
We are very specific about how we educate and train our athletes. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter programming which is why every athlete receives an initial evaluation and a personalized training program.
By emphasizing proper exercise technique, we work with athletes to help them build a solid athletic foundation while also working towards their sport-specific goals.
Each athlete has his or her own story, injury history, athletic background, and goals. We keep each of those components in mind as we develop individual strength training programs for athletes. Each athlete will progress at a rate that is challenging and goal-oriented. At Anything Goes Athletics, an experienced strength coach supervises athletes at all times.
We place a strong emphasis on fundamentals and we are adamant that proper technique is executed every time an athlete performs an exercise.
We encourage athletes to take advantage of our 12-month membership in order to prepare for their season(s), stay strong during their in-season, and to build strength as well as promote injury prevention year round.
Off-season athletes should train 3-4 days/week and take advantage of our strength training times as well as our conditioning classes. When athletes are in-season we change the focus of their training programs to one that is based on strength training, mobility, regeneration and injury prevention.
